Grace

Growing Respectfully, Accepting Compassion, Indiscriminately

Preface: What Grace Looks Like

Grace is more than a word to me. It is a decision I make again and again.

It is choosing compassion when someone is struggling. It is allowing room for mistakes, misunderstandings, growth, healing, and a fresh start. It is seeing a lady beyond one moment, one choice, or one season of her life. It is looking at her with love and saying, "I still see you. I still believe there is something beautiful in you."

To give compassion indiscriminately means I do not reserve kindness only for the ladies who have it all together, who always agree with me, or who know how to ask for help perfectly. Grace is for the hurting lady, the quiet lady, the vibrant lady, the confused lady, the healing lady, and the lady who simply needs a hug that reminds her she is not alone.

This is the grace I want every lady to feel through Ladies In Synch Always — in our conversations, our celebrations, our fellowship, our friendship, and every space we create together. I want every hug to carry compassion to capacity.

Grace will continue to grow. It will continue to be shared. And through every lady who receives it and extends it to someone else, it will continue to live.

With love and grace,
Stacey B. Robinson
